When I saw the thumbnail I thought it was gonna be a pic of an ilithid from DnD, or something... wasn't expecting such a wonderfully imaginative air-ship! And I love the Georgian (at least I think it's Georgian) on the peak of the ship too, nice touch.
There obviously has gone so much work into this amazing and stunning artwork. Look at all these amazing tiny details, the lights and reflections, the pure amount of objects you can discover in the background.. The contrasts between the red and blue colours of the ship, between the colourful ship and its black-and-white background and between shadow and light areas create a focus for the eye and make the composition remarkable.
.. and all our beloved kinnas has to say is "Beautiful piece." I'm kind of disappointed about that. There once was a time when artists were told what MADE their pieces beautiful. But people seem to get lazy these days.. nobody expects two pages of written text, but it could at least have been a full sentence, don't you think?
